SHIPPING POLICY

Our default shipping option in store is set for Australia Post Road Freight.
We do reserve the right to swap it to an alternative courier service when we need to and to update cost of shipping should Australia Post freight change cost.


Your shipping costs includes tracking to make sure you receive your products.

PARCELS UP TO 3KG AUSTRALIA WIDE

Parcels up to 1kg in weight - $9.95 flat fee for orders under $150 in value
Parcels between 1kg and 2kg in weight - $11.95 flat fee for orders under $150
Parcels between 2kg and 3kg in weight - $13.95 flat fee for orders under $150

FREE SHIPPING for orders over $150 (3kg limit applies)
 

Please note, weights are calculated using an estimate of the actual product weight, the weight of the products packaging, the packaging we use to protect your parcel + the cubic size of the product.

PARCELS 3.01KG TO 10KG AUSTRALIA WIDE

For parcels over 3kg in weight, you are charged a flat rate PLUS a per kilo charge for the full weight of the order. This rate changes depending on your location. The easiest way to estimate your charges is to place all items in your cart, view your cart and then add your postcode in to our shipping estimator. All shipping options and their charges will be shown.

PARCELS OVER 10KG AUSTRALIA WIDE

We are unable to ship parcels larger than 10kg. Please place multiple orders, keeping each one under 10kg in weight.

Shipping takes 5-7 business days from the time you get notice that product is shipped.

 

Due to Covid shipping can be delayed contact us on info@youbeauthealth.com.au if there is a delay.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at info@youbeauthealth.com.au  and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue.

YouBeaut Health does not provide a refund as it is hygien products 


Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for
(1) damaged in transport or
(2) incorrect goods received. We advise this must be done within 48 hours of receiving your goods by email.Of course not opened nor used.
 

After confirming claims when receiving the returned goods at our warehouse, we shall then promptly
(a) re-supply the item(s) or (b) credit the relevant invoice appropriately.

 

Importantly it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening.

 

Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply or credit if the goods are unopened & in their original condition.

We choose our products very carefully and disclose all ingredients. In rare instances people with sensitivities can to react to a variety of natural ingredients in natural and organic products. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for any opened or used product due to allergy, sensitivity, reaction or simply because you don’t like it.
